Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to members and potential members Assist members with various financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Process loan applications and assist with loan origination Perform cash handling duties Utilize fraud prevention techniques to detect and prevent fraudulent activity Build and maintain relationships with members to promote member satisfaction and retention Answer member inquiries and provide information about products and services offered by the credit union Assist with account maintenance, including updating member information and processing account closures Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:
15 am - 3:
15 pm Wednesday and Friday - must be available between 7:
00 am and 6:
00 pm Must have some flexibility to cover other shifts as needed
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with members Proficient in basic math and basic grammar Experience in cash handling Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and detection methods Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry Prior experience in sales or relationship management is a plus Team player Take pride in professionalism Maintain confidentiality We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
